What we collect
Through this website: the name, email, phone number, city, treatment interest, and message you enter into the booking form. As a patient: the health history, consents, treatment records, and photographs required to provide care safely.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, schedule and provide treatment, maintain the clinical record the law requires us to keep, and contact you about your own appointments and aftercare. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Your health information
Health information is handled confidentially and in line with applicable state and federal law. It is disclosed only with your authorization, to the pharmacies and laboratories directly involved in your care, or where the law requires it. We deliberately keep detailed medical information off the website form for this reason — it is collected on a secure intake form instead.
Website analytics
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which records standard server request data. The site does not run third-party advertising or social-media tracking pixels, and it does not set advertising cookies.
Messaging
If you give us your phone number, you consent to appointment-related calls and texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts; that will not affect your care.
Your choices
You may request access to your records, ask for corrections, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@prickedaesthetics.com. Clinical records are retained for the period required by law regardless of contact preferences.
Children
This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
